
When you come in for your appointment, new and current clients will be asked for a debit or credit card to add on file. In the event of same-day cancellation or a no-show, your cards will be charged a fee of $25 – $50 depending on the service you were scheduled for. This fee will go towards your appointment should you reschedule
If you need to reschedule please do so no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time or you will be charged a cancellation fee. I understand emergencies happen and if that’s the case please reach out to me and we can reschedule your appointment. Anyone who has an appointment and cancels the day of more than 3 times will be denied future bookings.
Please be on time! If you are running more than 15 minutes late it may result in you losing your appointment or a shortened treatment time. This is necessary in order for me to stay on schedule and be able to accommodate the next client at their appointment time.
Methods of payment include debit/credit cards or exact cash. Payment for products and gratuities are accepted through Zelle or Apple Pay. Any gratuities are greatly appreciated!
